Blue Sky Executive Consulting is a certified small, veteran-owned business with cleared IT professionals supporting customers in the Federal Government.
We provide many services, but we specialize in Business Transformation. Specifically, we provide Strategic Planning to improve the alignment of funding with the organization's strategic goals, and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) to improve the efficiency of processes within the organization. Our BPR experts are Service Management Certified ITIL Experts who have the operational IT backgrounds and real-world implementation experience to handle any size project.
